I can’t seem to reset my password in the Coin App. I’ve sent numerous requests for reset links, and carefully entered the new pw, but it keeps coming back 'incorrect". Any clues?
Is it possible that my account was disabled because I had it running on two phones? I just purchased a phone to use solely for geomining and I was back and forth between the two phones yesterday and this morning. I set up a new account on just the one phone now, but I’m wondering if I’ve lost the coins I’ve already mined from the old account. I didn’t realize that two phones were a problem, but now I know!! Still waiting for my kit so the mining will matter!!
It seems possible that the two phones running the same account could have caused a lockout, yeah.
